Best Vegan Variety: Hermans
This was our favorite restaurant in all of Stockholm. The variety of vegan choices they have are amazing! Every night a room-sized vegan buffet gets set up for hungry Swedes. We filled up our plate multiple times while we were here. Plus there's lovely outdoor seating that overlooks the whole city. This place is a must-eat for all vegans worldwide! Hermans
Best Vegan On the Go: Sausage Stand at Skansen
Our friend took us to the famous "Open Air Museum" of Sweden called Skansen. It's part zoo, part historical reenactments and part architectural exhibits. Since this is a popular destination to visit in Stockholm, we didn't think there would be any vegan food inside, we were wrong! One food stand had vegan sausages! Best Vegan Gelato: StikkiNikki
We were pleasantly surprised to see many vegan sweet treats in the food stalls lining the streets of Stockholm. We only stayed in the city for one day so unfortunately we couldn't try them all. But we did stop by at this gelato shop called Stikki Nikki with great vegan options. I got their vegan sunflower flavor and loved it! I usually don't like peanut butter in desserts but the sunflower butter was the perfect combination of nutty and sweet. Stikki Nikki
Best Vegan Date Night: Verte
This place was just the cutest! European art and decor decked this romantic restaurant. Complete with unique vegan dishes such as vegan Swedish meatballs and vegan dumplings. This restaurant is small and intimate so perfect for a vegan date night! Verte
